For Information - Cervical Cytology - Please be aware there is a current delay in the practice receiving smear results.  Current turnaround is between 8 - 10 Weeks from the lab. Cytology are doing everything they can do to ensure results are processed as quickly as possible.  28th June 19

We are offering the Electronic Prescription Service if you want your prescription to go to your preferred pharmacy ask them to nominate you. You will still order your prescriptions in the same way but they are sent to the pharmacy electronically. Note you do not have to have a computer at home for this. If you request items that are not on repeat these have to be agreed with the GP and may be refused. 

Emails to the practice should not be used for clinical queries due to confidentiality and the potential for it being urgent.

Patients living within our Practice Boundary may apply to join the list by completing a signed application form, which can be obtained from the practice or downloaded below. Please note there is a requirement for the Practice to see 2 forms of identification prior to registration. Acceptable forms of identification are detailed on our application form.
