EPS - You Must Nominate A Pharmacy For Your Electronic Prescription Service
You will still order your prescriptions in the same way but they are sent to the pharmacy electronically. Note you do not have to have a computer at home for this.
If you request items that are not on repeat these have to be agreed with the GP and may be refused. Due to the increase in volume of prescription requests please allow 3 full working days between requesting and collecting your medication taking weekends and bank holidays into account.
Note emails to the practice should not be used for clinical queries due to confidentiality and the potential for it being urgent.
